01 · Volunteer

200 volunteer spots

For each show date we recruit ~40 volunteers. Roles run from gate stewards to merch tent helpers, sustainability ambassadors, festival-app helpdesk, and Welfare Tent peer-support. Half-day shifts (4–5 hours), the rest of the night you watch the show.

• Gate stewardWristband checks, bag search support, queue management. Training: 2h.
• Merch tentSales, restocks, returns. Training: 1h.
• SustainabilityRefill stations, deposit-cup returns, recycling sort. Training: 2h.
• App helpdeskHelp attendees with the festival app, locker booking, schedule. Training: 1h.
• Welfare ambassadorTrained peer support at Welfare Tents. Training: 8h (mandatory pre-event session).

02 · Paid

~1,200 seasonal roles

Most festival roles are paid. Hourly rates above the Italian sector minimum, with overtime above 8 hours. We post detailed listings 90 days before each edition. Categories:

• Bar & food serviceBartenders, kitchen runners, cashless wristband cashiers
• Production crewStagehands, riggers, lighting techs, audio assists, runners
• SecurityLicensed guards via partner staffing agencies — apply directly there
• Cleaning & sanitationDay, evening, and night shifts
• Logistics & supplyTruck drivers, forklift, warehouse, gate logistics
• Box officeMulti-language preferred (EN, IT, ES, DE, FR)

• Full name, date of birth, contact
• Languages spoken (level honest, not fluent-on-paper)
• Show dates you're available
• Top 3 role preferences
• Any festival or live-event experience
• Special needs / accommodations we should know about
