Name change & official resale
You can change the name on your ticket through the official Ticketmaster or Vivaticket account up to 24 hours before the show. There's a small platform fee for the change. After 24 hours the original name is locked.
Official resale (the platform's own marketplace) is the only legitimate resale channel. Listings on third-party sites may be invalid. Anti-scalping checks are in place at the gate.

05 · Liability
What we're responsible for
We're responsible for delivering the festival as advertised within the limits of force majeure. Force majeure includes weather emergencies, public-order issues, pandemic-related restrictions, and any cause outside our reasonable control.
You're responsible for your own belongings and your own behaviour. Use the cloakroom or lockers (see info / FAQ) for valuables. Accidents are covered by the venue's public-liability insurance up to statutory limits; the canonical Iubenda terms detail the exact figures.
06 · Governing law
Italian law applies
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Reggio Emilia. EU consumers retain the rights granted by their national law.
