Press & communications for RCF Arena Summer 2026 are handled by Parole & Dintorni srl, the longstanding press office for the venue and its summer programming.

How to apply

Press accreditation opens 30 days before each show date. Apply via Parole & Dintorni with:

  • PublicationName, country of operation, web/print masthead URL
  • Editor confirmationEmail from your editor confirming your assignment
  • ReachMonthly readership / unique visitors (last 6 months)
  • Date(s) you want to coverOne per show — multi-date passes by special arrangement

We confirm or decline within 7 working days. Confirmed press receive a wristband and a credentials lanyard at the dedicated press gate, opening 17:00.

03 · Photo policy

Pit access & rules

  • First three songsThe standard pit-access rule. Headliners may set a stricter limit on the night.
  • No flashStrictly enforced. Anti-flash filter on every camera permit.
  • No video for editorialStills only from the pit. Video by special arrangement, written permission required.
  • No commercial useEditorial use only. Stock licensing, brand campaigns and prints not authorized.
  • EmbargoUntil 22:30 on the show date for any image of the headliner

The press office will brief you on artist-specific rules at credential pickup. Some headliners require credentials to be checked against a per-publication list pre-cleared by their management.

04 · Interviews

Requesting an interview

Interview requests for headlining artists go through Parole & Dintorni and are routed to the artist's representation. We can't guarantee any interview but we can guarantee a response within 5 working days.

For interviews with the festival's organizational team — head of programming, head of audio, sustainability lead, production director — write to Parole & Dintorni and CC info@cvolo.it with topic and outlet.

05 · Assets

EPK, b-roll, hi-res

Pre-show electronic press kit (festival logo, photographer-cleared stage shots, brand guidelines, lineup card hi-res) is available on request from Parole & Dintorni once you're accredited.

Post-show: a curated b-roll reel, photo gallery and quote sheet are released within 48 hours of each show date. Subscribers to the press list receive these by email at 09:00 the morning after.

Direct downloads — no accreditation required for the marketing assets below. The full editorial library (artist hi-res, isolated stage shots, b-roll) requires accreditation through Parole & Dintorni.

    Ye announced as 2026 closing headliner

    RCF Arena Summer 2026 confirms Ye (Kanye West) as the closing headliner on 18 July — the artist's first European concert since 2014. Tickets exclusive to Ticketmaster Italia.

    Reggio Emilia, 19 December 2025 — C.VOLO SPA, operator of RCF Arena, announces today the closing headliner for the festival's 2026 edition. Ye, born Kanye West, will close the eleven-night summer programme on Saturday 18 July with what becomes the artist's first European concert since 2014. Tickets go on sale 8 January 2026 at 12:00 CET, exclusively on Ticketmaster Italia. The 18 July performance includes a stage build by Moment Factory, a sound system tuned by RCF, and closing fireworks scheduled for 00:30. Special guests will be announced 9 May 2026.

    Travis Scott confirms 17 July headline date with Tyla as special guest

    A single-headliner night joining Travis Scott and South African Grammy-winner Tyla. Production by Cactus Jack Live; light by Moment Factory.

    Reggio Emilia, 22 February 2026 — RCF Arena Summer confirms Travis Scott as the headliner of the 17 July date, with Tyla joining the bill as the special guest. Travis Scott takes the main stage from 22:30 to 24:30 in his largest Italian concert to date; Tyla performs a 60-minute set from 21:00. The night is the first single-headliner format on the festival's programming, designed to maximise main-stage attention. Tickets are on sale via Ticketmaster Italia and Vivaticket from 26 February at 11:00 CET.

    5 July: the deepest crossover night in the festival's history

    Ozuna, The Chainsmokers, Rita Ora, Nicky Jam on the main stage; Lolita warming up; DJ Snake, Afrojack, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike on the EDM Set Night; tech-house afterparty by Marco Carola, Ilario Alicante, East End Dubs and Ale De Tuglie.

    Reggio Emilia, 18 February 2026 — The 5 July date receives the deepest crossover lineup in the festival's history. The main stage opens at 17:30 with Lolita, followed by Nicky Jam (19:30), Rita Ora (21:00), The Chainsmokers (22:00) and Ozuna (23:30) as the Latin headliner. The EDM Set Night runs in parallel from 22:30, featuring Afrojack, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and DJ Snake closing at 02:00. The tech-house afterparty extends until sunrise at the Iren Green Park stage.

    A 20% discount on the combined two-night opening weekend. Sold via Ticketmaster Italia and Vivaticket as a single Abbonamento.

    Reggio Emilia, 13 March 2026 — The official RCF Arena Summer 2026 Weekend Pass goes on sale today at €132, a 20% discount on the combined €165 cost of two single-night GA tickets for 4 and 5 July. The Abbonamento ships as a single transferable wristband, valid for both nights' main programmes including pre-party and afterparty access at the Iren Green Park. Available on Ticketmaster Italia and Vivaticket.

  • 12 Mar 2026 · Pre-party

    Zamna takes over Iren Green Park for festival pre-parties and afterparties

    The Tulum-born sunset rave runs an open-air pre-party from 12:00 to 18:00 on every show date, plus afterparties until sunrise. Free for full-pass holders, €25 walk-up.

    Reggio Emilia, 12 March 2026 — Zamna, the Tulum-born day-and-night rave festival, becomes the official pre-party and afterparty programmer of RCF Arena Summer 2026. From 12:00 to 18:00 on each of the five show dates, the Iren Green Park stage hosts a free-for-pass-holders sunset programme; afterparties run from the main stage closing time until sunrise. Confirmed Zamna acts include Joseph Capriati, Solomun, Marco Carola, Adam Beyer, Anfisa Letyago and Ilario Alicante. Walk-up access is €25 per person at the Iren Green Park gate.

    2026 sustainability brief: zero plastic, deposit cup, RFID cashless, solar backstage

    The 2026 edition operates with no single-use plastic on site, 32 refill stations, a deposit-return cup, RFID cashless wristband, biodegradable wristband strap, and a photovoltaic backstage installation by Iren.

    Reggio Emilia, 4 March 2026 — RCF Arena Summer 2026 publishes its sustainability brief, committing to a no-single-use-plastic site, 32 water-refill stations supplied by Iren, a 1 €-deposit reusable cup returned at the gate, RFID cashless wristbands with no surcharge, biodegradable wristband material, and a photovoltaic backstage installation operated by Iren Energia. Independent audit by an external Italian firm; full numbers ship in the post-event report on 30 September 2026.

    Sound design for the 2026 edition: 240,000 watts, RCF TT+ line array

    The festival's sound system is calibrated by an in-house RCF audio team and balanced for the open-air arena. Latency aligned across every section to within 5 ms.

    Reggio Emilia, 2 April 2026 — The 2026 edition's sound design uses 240,000 watts of RCF TT+ line array PA, calibrated by RCF's audio engineering team in collaboration with the festival production. Each sector of the venue is latency-aligned to within 5 ms. Sub-bass extension is configured to deliver kick-drum impact at 100 metres from the stage. The system passed acoustic compliance with a measured peak of 100 dB at the 100-metre mark and zero exceedance of the 70 dB threshold beyond the venue perimeter.
