08 · FAQ

Frequently asked

Are there multi-day pass tickets available?
Yes — one official multi-night option. The Weekend Pass (Abbonamento) bundles 4 + 5 July at General Admission for €132, a 20% saving versus buying both single GA tickets (€80 + €85 = €165). It's the only multi-night pass; Pit Red Energy and VIP Village must be booked per night. The other festival weekends (11 July dance, 17 July Travis Scott, 18 July Ye) are single-night-only on Ticketmaster. See tickets for the full breakdown.
Can I bring a portable charger?
Yes — up to 10,000 mAh. Charging stations are also available at every gate. Bring a cable; we don't lend them out.
Will there be official festival merchandise available?
Yes. Two merch tents inside the arena — one near gate A, one near gate D — open from doors until close. Limited drops per night, including artist-specific capsules on headline dates. Pay with wristband (cashless) or card. VIP Village ticket holders get first-access window before public release on the closing night.
How do I order food and beverages inside the arena?
The festival is fully cashless. Top up your wristband at the gate or via the festival app, then tap to pay at any kitchen, bar, or merch tent. No cash anywhere on site. Unspent credit is automatically refunded the day after your last show. Twenty kitchens curated with Emilia-Romagna chefs cover everything from pasta to wood-fired pizza, ramen, and a fully vegan corner.
Is there a cloakroom or storage service?
Yes — secure cloakrooms at gates A, B, and D, and lockers throughout the food district. Cloakroom service is €5 per item, €10 for backpacks; lockers are €8 for the night and large enough for jackets, raincoats, and backpacks up to 30L. VIP Village ticket holders get a private cloakroom included in the Village area.
Where can I park? Is camping with a tent allowed?
Parking and tent camping are managed through ParkForFun — book online ahead of your show date. P CHIONSO (Tangenziale access, 1 km from the arena) is €25; P AEROPORTO (Viale Partigiano) is the recommended lot if you've booked a tent pitch. The tent area on Via Antonio Marro is a separate ParkForFun listing — 2×2 m pitches, max 2 people, with WC, paid showers, bar, charging stations and a smoking area. Lots open at 10:00 and close at 02:00; recommended arrival 12:00–15:00. Wild camping is not permitted elsewhere on site.
Is there shade?
Yes. The festival opens at 17:00 — but for daytime visitors there are large covered areas, the food district is fully shaded, and the bar zones have misting fans. The official tip: arrive 17:30, you'll be golden.
Can I camp at the venue?
Yes — pitches in the official tent area on Via Antonio Marro, bookable via ParkForFun. Each pitch is 2×2 m, max 2 people. Check-in from 10:00, check-out by 10:00 the following day. WC, paid showers, bar, phone charging, and a designated smoking area on site. The pitch booking does not include car/bike parking — book P AEROPORTO separately if you're driving in. Wild camping is not allowed elsewhere.
What if it rains?
The festival proceeds rain or shine. The arena has 8 covered acres of bars and food, dry corridors between stages, and shelter zones at every gate. We only stop the show for lightning within 5 km — and even then, we resume as fast as possible.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable through your Ticketmaster or Vivaticket account up to 24 hours before the show. The official resale platform is the only legitimate channel — tickets bought elsewhere may be invalidated.
Is the festival cashless?
Fully. Your wristband is loaded with credit at the gate (or topped up via the festival app). Unspent credit is automatically refunded the day after your last show.
Can under-18s attend?
Yes — under-16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Under-12s enter free with an adult ticket. Photo ID is checked at the bar; the legal drinking age in Italy is 18.
What's the closest airport?
Bologna (BLQ) — 30 minutes by high-speed train to Reggio Emilia AV, then 6 minutes on foot to the gate. Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa, and Verona are all within 1h30 of the arena by train.
Is there a lost & found?
Yes — at the central info booth and the merch tent. Found items are logged into the festival app and you can claim them by ticket reference. Anything not collected within 30 days is donated to local charities.
Can I get a press pass?
Press accreditation is handled by Parole & Dintorni srl, our press office. Accreditation opens 30 days before each show. Apply via the press page with publication, masthead and photo samples. Pit passes are limited to first three songs, no flash. For urgent same-day requests, CC info@cvolo.it.
